Recently had 9 windows replaced during GreenON program (now ended). During our research and estimation with different companies, it became evidently clear that there are two kinds of windows companies: Magic Window and the rest. Engineering is brilliant and day-to-day operations and maintenance is incredibly convenient and easy. Initial cost is higher but it's worth every penny. There were of course hiccups here and there during estimation, install and after-service for small mistakes but overall we are very happy with the product and service. Lior and Sol (Goldenberg, presume related to owner family) have been very down to earth and value customer's satisfaction to second to none. They take quality assurance very seriously and seem to manage personally (not delegated). Though we had to go back with them back and forth and some flaws are not perfectly fixed, we appreciated their attention and time to a regular customer like us. I think it makes a huge difference when the customer feels cared for. Things can happen whether by accident or human error and we understand that, but what the companies do after matters and Magic Window definitely did an excellent job in this regard. And of course as mentioned earlier, we are satisfied with the product as well, hands-down one of the best in the industry. We will be calling them again when we upgrade our bungalow to build a second floor in a few years!

After years of dealing with cranks on windows I can say I’m delighted with my new magic windows. I love how easy they are to clean. The retractable screens are so clever. There is so much more daylight. I used to take my screens out in winter to let more light in. Now I won’t have to do that. It’s a great product. Thanks!

We fell in love with Magic Windows at the Toronto Home Show earlier this spring. They are professional and fast. They sent in a trained professional to assess our house style and get to learn our taste. They had 10 windows built and delivered within 6 weeks as promised. Installation only took 1 day and they cleaned up after themselves. I love the new windows and not having to look through dirty screens when the windows are closed. The black-out shades are so much better than our previous blinds. We highly recommend going with Magic Windows!

We just replaced our whole house's worth of windows with Magic Windows and I am thrilled with the result! They are beautiful and work great. Our house is 136 year old rubble construction and presented several challenges but the installation crew was fantastic. They showed up on time and worked very quickly. They were friendly and helpful and even went above and beyond on a few trouble spots, to make the new windows fit well into the original design of the house. I would gladly recommend to anyone! We replaced all of the windows in our home with Magic Windows. These windows are amazing; extremely high build quality, they look incredible and super functional. The additional light that these windows let is makes our house brighter. Also the windows open very wide so we can have lots of air flow. In addition to the windows we also had the screens and window covers (shades) installed; they fit right into the frame and so when not in use they are not in the way. Very modern, clean and open look. Could not be happier with the windows. Installation was done in a day and right on schedule. I would definitely recommend Magic Windows!

I had originally heard about Magic Windows through a radio advertisement. I hear Michelle Gould speak about how impressed she was with the company that she wanted to work for it. I was impressed by that. My daughter arranged to have demonstration at our home and the salesperson came with all his equipment. The presentation was more than brochures and actually included a sample window. As the gentleman spoke an overwhelming sense of pride came over me. I was floored by the innovation and quality of the product and agreed wholeheartedly to have the windows installed. The measurements were taken and the windows ordered. When the windows were installed it was done within a few hours. I could not be happier. The superiority of the product in addition to the superb service of all staff and technicians is indescribable. I would never hesitate to recommend this extraordinary Canadian company to others.

These windows are worth the price. Not only do they look great, they are well made, and sound proof. My neighbour’s air conditioner has been making this high-pitched squealing sound for days and the windows completely block this out! I had 11 old windows replaced, and recapped. Great job. The installers were respectful hard working and cleaned up after the job was completed. Michele, who sold me the windows was professional, friendly and a true believer in the quality of these windows. I am very pleased with results and the high quality and professionalism of the people who work for this company.

We knew that Magic Windows was going to be the company to replace our windows the minute we met Corey. That day we had quotes from other companies and other guys gave us used-car salesman tactic, tried to be "our friend" and gave us shady pricing and deals. Corey was professional and laid back. He listened to our needs and understood what needed to be done. He gave us just ONE price that was guaranteed for a year. This gave us time to save money to pay for the windows. The windows are installed and they are amazing! I love the retractable screens and blinds. There was a mistake on one of the windows' blinds. Corey personally picked up and dropped off the correct blind within a couple days. I was seriously surprised to hear a difference as soon as the window is closed, the outside world is muted completely. We will always stick to Magic Windows moving forward.

Heard about Magic Windows on Jazz FM and then, coincidentally, received their flyer in the mail. My husband, being a quality assurance engineer in the aircraft industry, was very impressed with the flyer and the construction and quality of the windows and we decided to take a drive to the showroom. We were met by Lior Goldenberg, a charming and very professional young man, learned that this is a family run business and ordered a retro fit 3 pane window which was installed today. I wish that all of my home reno jobs were as easy as this was..... wonderful family, excellent service, expert installation and beautiful windows... truly Magic Windows! We plan to use their California affiliate for our second home in SanDiego.
